We raise grass-fed and grain finished Steers to help enhance the flavor and marbling in the beef.
Our Beef is Dry-Aged for 2 to 3 weeks, this is done to enhance the tenderness of the meat.
We raise Duroc Cross pigs is because they are known to produce well-marbled pork as well.
The grain that is fed to our livestock is mainly grown and harvested right here on our Family Farm.
All of our Beef & Pork is Single-Animal Sourced from OUR Farm.
